These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between DGM Media Group LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the user (“User”, “Customer”, “you”).

you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or purchase the Services.
The Company provides digital educational products and services including but not limited to:

digital learning materials
coaching sessions
community access
memberships
downloadable resources
These services are delivered digitally through the website, partner platforms, or third-party tools.
Upon successful payment, the User receives immediate digital access to the purchased product or service.
This may include:
login credentials
membership access
course dashboards
downloadable files
private communities
live sessions
The User acknowledges that digital access constitutes delivery of the product.
Once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed digitally.
To access certain Services, Users may need to create an account.
Users are responsible for:
maintaining account confidentiality
all activities under their account
ensuring accurate information
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including but not limited to:
Stripe
PayPal
other authorized payment processors
By submitting payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the applicable payment method.
All prices are displayed at checkout and must be paid in full unless a payment plan is offered.
The Company offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, the User must submit a refund request through the official support channel.
Refund conditions:
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted
After the refund window expires, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Failure to complete the course or lack of participation does not qualify for a refund.
The Company reserves the right to track and store access information including:
login timestamps
IP addresses
account activity
course access logs
community participation
downloads or content interactions
These records may be used as proof that the User accessed the purchased digital product.
Such records may also be used as evidence in payment disputes or chargeback investigations.
Users agree to contact the Company directly to resolve any payment issues before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving access to digital products or services constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback is initiated after the User has received access to the Services, the Company reserves the right to:
permanently terminate the User account
revoke all access to the Services
submit evidence of access and usage to the payment processor
pursue recovery of funds, chargeback fees, and legal costs where permitted by law
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to:
videos
course materials
downloads
graphics
branding
teaching methods
are the intellectual property of DGM Media Group LLC.
Users may not:
copy
distribute
reproduce
resell
share login access
publish the materials
without written permission.
Users may not:
share account access with others
reproduce or distribute course materials
use the platform for illegal activities
harass or abuse other users
attempt unauthorized access to systems
Violation of these rules may result in account termination.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
violation of these Terms
abuse of the refund policy
fraudulent activity
chargebacks
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to violation of the Terms.
The Services are provided for educational purposes.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
language learning results
income
business outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to DGM Media Group LLC, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of the Company.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the Services.
